Dollar Tree Complaint

The Dollar Tree was apparently desperate
when they selected this DM. She is young
and seems to be trying to make herself look good for the corporate officials. By doing this she treats the stockers and cashiers like they are a bunch of trash. She does not allow the real workers enough hours to get the job done. Freight is everywhere and the shoppers cannot see the items on the shelves because unstocked items are
blocking the aisles. she will cut hours.
What is the purpose of this if not to toot her horn to make things look good
on paper for her benefit.
The real workers do not have benefits
and have to put up with this without
having a sense of any accomplishment all
because the DM is trying to show that she has the power to do this at the expense of the real workers.
If she is District Manager then I am
an Astronaut.
